Max Morines is an Employee Development Specialist for A&B process Systems JBT. Max has worked in the manufacturing industry for over 14 years. His early work was a hands-on education working through several manufacturing roles in the world of metal fabrication. Max has obtained over 100 welding certifications across GMAW and GTAW. Currently he is responsible for the education and training of all new and current employees who weld, fabricate, and polish across A&B’s 200+ manufacturing, customer care, and installation services teams. His understanding of fabricating in hygienic welding systems is key to help minimize defects and downtime by transferring his knowledge to employees. Max also partners with CWIMA (Central Wisconsin Manufacturing Alliance), and various Colleges in the region to help maintain a clear vision of the progression in technology and how it can be utilized for a better tomorrow.
