Although we prefer participants to register in advance, we will happily accommodate onsite registrants. Please note, however, that we are only able to process onsite registrations when payment is made with a credit card. We can accept Visa, Mastercard and AmEx. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that the hotel will be able to accommodate guests who arrive without a reservation.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express online. We partner with a third-party vendor to facilitate online credit card payments. The small fee associated with this service will be added to your registration fee.

We LOVE it when students attend! In fact, the 3-A SSI 2025 Dr. Ron Schmidt Student Travel Award may be able to help you get to the event. What is the recommended attire for this event?
All participants should feel comfortable in business casual attire for the entirety of the program.
