Gary Ostrom is the Strategic Account Manager for GEA’s Valves & Pumps Division. Within this role, he supports customers in the selection of GEA equipment that best fit their application requirements in process efficiency and sanitary requirements.
Gary’s career has spanned 35 years in the food and beverage industry starting at Litehouse Foods, Inc., where he first found his love of the industry. He then spent 20 years with Campbell’s in increasing roles and experiences. Beginning with Sanitation, then managerial roles, he eventually found his passion as a Process Engineer and Project Engineer. For three years beginning in 1999, he worked for DiverseyLever, providing sanitation chemical guidance and plant sanitation audits for customers. He returned to Campbell’s in 2003, then joined GEA in 2019.
Gary’s knowledge and focus has been in plant sanitation standards, systems, and sanitary design with the objective of advancing the industry.
