Jacob Klein is a Design Engineer III at DCI, Inc., a machinery and industrial supply company in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. He has been with the company since 2011, rising from the role of conceptual design engineer to Design Engineer II in 2018 and to his current position in 2019. He is the project engineer lead for vessels being manufactured for the food, dairy and beverage industry. In addition, Klein is an active participant in the 3-A Work Group 1 (Vessels) and in the DCI 3-A Certified Conformance Evaluator (CCE) inspections for DCI 3-A Certificates.
Also at DCI, Klein previously designed pressure vessels for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and chemical industries and vessels for the food, dairy and beverage industry. He also served as a project engineer lead for the company’s manufactured agitators.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from St. Cloud State University.
